Platform Rules You Need to Know

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the gbajrr platform (available at gbajrr.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital interfaces operated by gbajrr), you enter into a legally binding agreement with gbajrr and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the gbajrr platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. gbajrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification to users, though material changes will be announced via a platform-wide notice visible upon login.

gbajrr operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment use by eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 below. Any use of the platform for commercial purposes, resale, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited.

The gbajrr platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. gbajrr is a strictly 18+ platform. Gambling or gaming by persons under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of the platform unlawful.
• You have not previously had a gbajrr account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of gbajrr or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that their use of the gbajrr platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. gbajrr accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in contravention of applicable local law.

To access the full range of gbajrr's features — including real-money deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active gbajrr account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. gbajrr reserves the right to suspend or close any account where information provided at registration is found to be false, incomplete, or unverifiable.

Account credentials — including your username and password — are strictly personal. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your gbajrr account. gbajrr will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for any activity occurring under your login, whether or not such activity was personally authorised by you.

All financial transactions on the gbajrr platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbajrr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond gbajrr's control.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and may be adjusted periodically.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• gbajrr reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad — typically within 2 hours; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

gbajrr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution tables are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• gbajrr reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings that can be withdrawn from any single free spin or free bet award. Applicable caps are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via separate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

gbajrr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of suspected abuse, gbajrr may withhold bonus awards, void bonus-derived winnings, and close the relevant account without liability.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajrr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether individually or in collusion with others — will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one gbajrr account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, minimum-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that gbajrr reasonably determines to be inconsistent with normal recreational gambling.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, screen scrapers, data mining tools, or any automated software to interact with the gbajrr platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players — on the same or different accounts — to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or support process.
• Interference with platform integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the gbajrr platform, its servers, games, or security systems.
• Money laundering: Using the gbajrr platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds.

gbajrr employs advanced fraud detection, pattern analysis, and manual review processes. Suspected prohibited conduct triggers an immediate internal investigation. During an investigation, the relevant account(s) and all associated funds may be frozen until the matter is fully resolved.

gbajrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• A valid request by the account holder to close their account voluntarily, including via the self-exclusion process.
• A requirement arising from applicable law, regulation, or a court or government order.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to applicable dormant account handling procedures.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your gbajrr account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat from your account dashboard or via the email address published on the Contact & Support section of the website. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. gbajrr will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying dormant account fees. Any remaining balance after applicable dormant account charges will be held securely and returned to the player upon verified account reactivation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbajrr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the gbajrr platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures.
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from provably random RNG systems that have been independently certified.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or data published on the platform, including odds, game RTPs, or promotional descriptions.

The gbajrr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gbajrr makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive dispute resolution procedures published by gbajrr, which may include mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of gbajrr to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gbajrr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
